Original sweets "Parishu"

Original sweets "Parishu" and "Mochi Pie Tokachi Awayuki Anko" are on sale from June 1st at each "Cocofran" store that sells handmade freshly baked French sweets.

Parishu is a crunchy dough stuffed with rich custard cream. It seems that this texture was created by caramelizing pie dough and choux pastry together. The price is 230 yen (tax included, same below).

On the other hand, the mochi pie Tokachi light snow bean paste is made by combining mochi and red bean paste from Tokachi, Hokkaido, wrapping it in a pie and baking it. It is said that it is finished in an elegant taste. The price is 200 yen.
