Tenya-style roast beef tendon is served with 3 juicy roast beef tempura and potato salad with a chewy texture. It is covered with a special fruity and flavorful domiglace sauce. The rich taste is accented with horseradish. The price is 780 yen (tax included) with miso soup.
Nodoguro and Broad Bean Tendon is a seasonal tempura topped with Tenya's first appearance fish "Nodoguro" and colorful summer vegetable tempura. In addition to deep-fried fava beans, it is a luxurious dish that also contains grilled chikuwa that goes well with tempura and shrimp. The price is 830 yen (tax included) with miso soup.
