The new pancake "New Otani Special Caramel Melon Pancake" is available until June 30th at Hotel New Otani Osaka's all-day dining "SATSUKI". The price is 2,500 yen (excluding tax and service charge).
This is a pancake baked by adding "enzyme" to the dough containing ricotta, "J cereal" (original blend of eight-grain rice), and almond milk. The surface is covered with a generous amount of Wasanbon caramel sauce, so you can enjoy a moist texture.
The toppings are mask melon, milk apricot kernel pudding, almond milk cream, and almond milk macaroon. The milk apricot kernel pudding contains melon cut into dice.
