The "Shine Muscat" produced in Yamanashi Prefecture, the largest producer in Japan in terms of sweetness and freshness, is combined this year with juicy "Kyoho" grapes from the Makigaoka area of Yamanashi City, making lavish use of two types of grapes.

Two other dessert menus using "Chammasquat" and "Kyoho" will also be available during the period.

Grapes are grown in the well-drained, sunny, fan-shaped areas of Yamanashi Prefecture in the Koto district (Yamanashi City, Fuefuki-City, Koshu City), which has a long history of grape cultivation and is one of Japan's representative grape growing areas, with the high technology of its growers spanning more than 800 years. The Koto district (Yamanashi, Fuefuki-City, Koshu-City) has a long history of grape cultivation. JA Fruits Yamanashi, the largest grape producer in Japan, sorts the best "Shine Muscat" and "Kyoho" grapes at the co-selection center, and they are sweet, refreshing, and delicious.

In addition, this year, grapes from the "Makioka area," which boasts the highest production in Japan as "Kyoho no Oka" (hill of Kyoho grapes), are also used. The fertile fan-shaped area and the difference in cold temperatures brought about by the moderate altitude make for juicy "Kyoho" grapes with outstanding sweetness and acidity.
