This is the "ultimate" tiramisu that you can enjoy the texture that disappears softly like bubble snow. It was sold on a trial basis at the Yokohama factory at the end of last year and this spring, and was so popular that it sold out on the same day. A fluffy texture is achieved by significantly increasing the meringue and suppressing the gelatin that hardens the cream as much as possible. The price is 1,404 yen (tax included).
