The second Japanese store "Shake Shack Atre Ebisu" (Ebisu, Tokyo) of the popular hamburger chain "Shake Shack" from NY, USA will open on April 15th. A limited menu was announced before the store opened.


Shake Shack is a hamburger shop that offers hamburgers using Angus beef raised without using any hormones. Since opening in New York in 2004, it has won numerous awards and has become a popular store with lines.

Landed in Japan in November 2015. The first store, " Gaien Icho Namiki Store " (Minato-ku, Tokyo) has opened and is attracting much attention.

At the Atre Ebisu store, which will open this time, as a limited menu, three types of menus will be developed with sweets "concrete" made from ice cream handmade at the store every day.

"E-bean-su" 480 yen Vanilla custard topped with red bean caramel sauce, marshmallow sauce, sea salt shortbread, and soybean flour. The name is a combination of "Ebisu" and "Beans".

"Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunchcrete" 480 yen Chocolate custard topped with peanut butter sauce, chocolate chunks, and chocolate toffee chocolate peanuts.

"The Third Man's Mix" 480 yen Chocolate custard, vanilla custard with marshmallow sauce, milk chocolate popcorn brownie from "Dominique Ansel Bakery", and chocolate topping. The motif of the name is the departure melody of Ebisu Station (the theme song of the movie "The Third Man").

In addition, standard menus such as "Shack Burger" and "Smoke Shack" will be prepared. Also, in line with the city of Ebisu, where many people come and go even at night, there will be an abundant alcohol menu including original beer and Japanese beer.


The store is located on the 1st floor of Atre Ebisu West Building, 1-6 Ebisu Minami, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo. Business hours are from 10:00 to 23:00 (last order 22:30).
