◆ What is Shake Shack?

This is only Ebisu !! In line with the characteristics of Ebisu, where many people come and go even at night, the Atre Ebisu store has expanded its alcohol menu, increasing the number of draft beers from one to three.


"Shack Meister Ale" is an original blend created by Brooklyn Brewery for Shake Shack. The beer I drank in NY and was captivated by its deliciousness.

This time, "YEBISU" and "Hitachino White Ale" will be newly added. Wine has also increased from one red and white to three red and white. Good information for liquor lovers.


Shake Shack's signature menu is "Shack Burger", but if you want to match it with alcohol, "Smoke Shack" is recommended. With the scent of smoked bacon, you can drink alcohol!

◆ Ebisu "Limited" is this!

Atre Ebisu store limited menu, three kinds of "concrete" line up.


Concrete is an ice cream that "mixes" toppings such as chocolate with frozen casters that are made at the store every morning. The following three types will be sold as a limited menu.

・ "E-bean-su": vanilla custard, red bean caramel, marshmallow sauce, sea salt shortbread, soybean flour

A playful naming that combines "Ebisu" and "beans". The fragrance of soybean flour is a nice accent.

・ "The Third Man's Mix": Chocolate custard, vanilla custard, marshmallow sauce, milk chocolate popcorn brownie from "Dominique Ansel Bakery", chocolate cosplay

This is the flavor named after the original title "The Third Man" because the departure melody of Ebisu Station is the theme song of the movie "The Third Man".

・ "Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunchcrete": Chocolate custard, peanut butter sauce, chocolate chunks, chocolate peanuts

◆ Which store should I go to?

With the opening of the second store, you may be wondering which store to go to (probably). So, I asked about the congestion situation of Gaien Icho Namiki store.

At the beginning of the opening, I waited for a few hours, but now it seems that I am calm and often enter without lining up. The first aim is around 15:00 to 17:00 on weekdays. And a day without a professional baseball game. Also, it seems that it is relatively vacant after 21:00, probably because of the location of Gaien (Ebisu seems to be crowded until the store closes).

If you really want to eat but don't want to line up for a long time, consider going to Gaien when the time is right. It seems good to relax on the terrace in the coming season.
