Dark Meat Hot Chicken

The term "dark meat" is unfamiliar in Japan, but in the U.S., chicken thighs are called dark meat because they darken slightly when cooked, and chicken breasts are called white meat because they turn white. In Japan, Shake Shack already sells the Chicken Shack, which is made with fried chicken meat, as a standard menu item, but in response to the popularity of the chicken burger, this menu item will be available for a limited time. For those who prefer spicy flavor, "Extra Hot" can be ordered as a free topping.
