On the other hand, the strawberry bear mousse cake that I met for the first time is a sponge layered with cookies, condensed milk mousse, and strawberry mousse, wrapped in a pink crushed sponge. The parts of the face are the same as the white bear, but the color of the face and the "nose" and "ears" are pink.
