This cake was designed by pastry chef Mika Teramoto with the image of "a father who has a gentle and plump face and a cool pipe." It is made from two types of mousse, coffee and chocolate, and is available in two types: a "brown version" on a milk chocolate tart and a "white version" on an almond tart.
To go only, reservation required at least 3 days in advance. Reservations are accepted today from June 3rd to June 13th, and pick-up is from June 14th to June 16th.
