W Chocolat is a cake made by layering milk chocolate mousse and sweet chocolate mousse on a chocolate sponge and coating it with chocolate grasage. It's just the right size for two people to eat.


Cozy Princess (chocolate) sandwiches chocolate cream with walnuts with a sponge. It is finished by decorating with chocolate cream and strawberries.

Ginza's brick raw chocolate cake is based on the image of the store's raw chocolate product "Ginza's brick". You can enjoy the delicate melting and mellowness of chocolate cream and chocolate mousse, and the texture of milk chocolate ganache.
