The "Uruguayan Thick Cut Rib Roast Steak" has a delicious flavor, and the fat is sweet and firm in texture. The price is 3,490 yen (tax included, same as below) for one 225g (7.94oz) size steak and 5,990 yen for two 225g (7.94oz) steaks.

Uruguayan Cut-off Rib Eye Steak

The "Uruguayan Off-Tip Rib Eye Steak" will also be available. The price is 2,790 yen for a 180g (6.35oz) piece.

Both steaks are priced the same during lunch hours and come with a rice bar or bread and soup bar. The menu is available at 71 stores in Yamagata, Iwate, Toyama, Ishikawa, Tochigi, Ibaraki, Gunma, Yamanashi, Tokyo, Chiba, Saitama, Kanagawa, Shiga, Kyoto, Nara, Osaka, Hyogo, Yamaguchi, Fukuoka, Kumamoto, and Miyazaki. However, the Hitachi Kanazawa store is excluded.
