A cute chick pudding "Piyori" that you can buy at Nagoya Station. I've introduced seasonal flavors several times even when eating hen, but finally I was able to meet the real thing!

Please enjoy Piyori with many pictures with the excitement of the author (young lady).

My eyes are noisy. It's cute, Piyori!

Piyori is a pudding made from "Nagoya Cochin" eggs, which is one of the three major chickens in Japan, wrapped in vanilla-scented bavarois. Sprinkle this with a powdered sponge, add chocolate feathers, beaks, combs, and eyes, and you're done.

The Christmas version is on sale this month, but it was only the regular version, probably because it was an early time around 8 o'clock on the way to the office in Tokyo, jumping into the main store of Komeda's Coffee at the same time.

When I told him that it would take two hours to take it home, he said, "I think it's okay, but the pudding may soften." I got on the Shinkansen, being careful not to swing the box around.

Needless to say, the Yamanote Line was more dangerous than the Shinkansen. It's pushed hard. Please be safe ...!

Well, I arrived at the office and opened it with excitement. Oh, my eyes met now. Oh, my eyes, my eyes ...! (Something is wrong)

It ’s cute that it ’s tilted a little.

Eyes made of round chocolate look up at me. It seems that I forgot one beak at home (showcase or kitchen?), But I love it even!

It's a shame, but let's cut it and take a look at the contents. Can you see the pudding in the middle? Bavarian cream that is not too sweet wraps around a thick pudding ... There was a new kind of sweets that was neither pudding nor bavarois.

Available stores are "Cafe Gentiane JR Nagoya Station" or "Cafe Gentiane Leger". Of these, the former is located near the south ticket gate of the Shinkansen and is open from 7 am, so it may be possible to use it for rush purchase of souvenirs.

By the way, it takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes from Nagoya to Tokyo and about 50 minutes to Shin-Osaka, so you can get a souvenir no matter which way you go. For your reference.

Piyori, see you again!
