The French confectionery "Chouquettes" specialty store "Chouquettes" opened in Tokyo Solamachi (Sumida-ku, Tokyo) on December 5th.


Chouquette is a small baked confectionery made from choux pastry. The dough inside has a thick texture, and the surface is topped with pearl sugar. In France, it's a popular snack that "everyone has said".

At the same store, in addition to "Chouquette Sucre" (480 yen each), which is a combination of fresh cream and sauces such as salted caramel and chocolate, "Chouquette Sale" (530 yen), which is not sweet with cheese flavor, is combined with soft serve ice cream.
