Lawson has released sweets for those who are concerned about sugar and calories from the original brand "Uchi Café SWEETS". The name is "Premium Blanc roll cake (using wheat bran)"! It is 140 yen per piece.



The biggest point of this sweet is that it uses a wheat bran called "bran". By using half of the flour as wheat bran (exodermis), which has less sugar, the sugar mass is 5.9g (0.32oz), which is about half, and the calories are 142kcal, which is about two-thirds that of the premium roll cake.

Furthermore, by using bran, it seems that the roll cake has a slight wheat scent while maintaining the softness of the premium roll cake. It seems that the characteristics of "bran" appear not only in sugar and calories but also in taste.
