"Kuroge Wagyu World Cultural Heritage Mt. Fuji Lava BBQ" is a plate made of lava stone spouted from the world heritage "Mt. Fuji" and is eaten by grilling Japanese Black beef. The lava stone plate uses the power of far infrared rays to bake the material softly and juicy.

The barbecue is a set of carefully selected Japanese black beef rib roast, thigh meat (red meat), and grilled vegetables. You can enjoy it with freshly made craft beer at the brewery in the facility.
