The cafe "808 CAFE" where you can taste the original "Fuwatoro French Toast" opened in Shinonome, Tokyo on February 1st. A chocolate-flavored "limited French toast" will also be offered until March 14th.


The restaurant's menu includes "fluffy French toast," which is a signature menu that allows you to enjoy the texture of "fluffy, simmering," as well as soy milk-based "green smoothie," which uses eight types of vegetables, and 12 types of "flavored tea." Drinks and food menus such as risotto and curry are also available.

The French toast at the restaurant is made by soaking a thick slice of toast in an egg solution that is a combination of Tokuno milk and condensed milk sent directly from the contract ranch, baking it in a frying pan, and then putting it in a cocotte with the egg solution and baking it in the oven. It takes time to make, so you can enjoy the “thickness” like pudding. Prices start at 630 yen (toppings are not included).


The "Valentine & White Day Limited Chocolate-flavored French Toast" until March 14th is baked after soaking the toast in chocolate-flavored egg liquid. It seems that it is finished with orange peel. The price is 1,050 yen.


The store is located on the 1st floor of Miyakobashi Housing Building No. 2, 2-4 Shinonome, Koto-ku, Tokyo. Business hours are from 11:30 to 21:00 from Monday to Thursday, and from 11:30 to 18:00 on Fridays and Saturdays (closed on Sundays).
