"Nihonbashi Sweets Sakura no Pudding and Tsubuan" will be released on February 24th from Kyodo Milk Industry's sweets brand "Nihonbashi Sweets". The estimated price is 136 yen.

"Nihonbashi Sweets Sakura Pudding and Tsubuan" is a new textured dessert that combines smooth pudding using domestic cherry blossoms with "Tsubuan" cooked by a bean paste craftsman. It is said that it uses carefully selected ingredients that are made by pickling raw cherry blossoms in syrup and processing them into a paste. Azuki from Tokachi, Hokkaido is used for "Tsubuan".
