Cheese tart with a crunchy texture using whole grain flour for the tart dough. A blend of Danish cream cheese and Hokkaido cream cheese.

・ Pure white milk souffle pudding 278 yen


Melting milk pudding with a whole fluffy milk souffle. Condensed milk sauce and whipped cream are squeezed in between. Uses Hokkaido milk.

・ Black Mitsuhojicha Purin 248 yen * Released on June 14th


A Japanese-style pudding supervised by Eitaro Sohonpo, a long-established Japanese confectionery store in Nihonbashi. It can be finished with the attached black honey. Hojicha pudding is blended with Hokkaido cream. The grain on the bottom of the pudding is an accent. Limited quantity.

・ Large white ball cream zenzai 285 yen


Zenzai made with savory bean paste cooked by the "Takumi-cooking method" that is often used by Japanese sweets craftsmen. It is topped with red bean paste, milk-flavored whipped cream, and 5 large white balls.

・ Lotte Waffle Cone Sweet-ripened melon 248 yen


Sweet and ripe melon soft using the juice and pulp of domestic red meat melon. Limited to FamilyMart, limited quantity.
