This product is a kamaboko that expresses Mt. Fuji, which is dyed vermilion in response to the rising sun, and the sky, which is gradually becoming brighter. It is colored with naturally derived pigments such as lycopene, and is said to be finished in a slightly larger size than conventional products to show the grandeur of Mt. Fuji. Limited to 377 bottles, named after Mt. Fuji at an altitude of 3,776m.

It can be purchased at directly managed stores in department stores around the world, including "Tsukiji Kibun" in the Tsukiji Outer Market in Tokyo. In addition, reservations will be accepted at the online shop on a first-come, first-served basis.
