The fluffy hat and pink ribbon are fashionable!
This cake was made by Yoichi Hashimoto of the hotel pastry chef. Inspired by a fashionable mother, the cake was made in pastel-colored chapo (“hat” in French). Inside the "hat" are white chocolate mousse and raspberry mousse from Valrhona, France.
The diameter is about 18 cm, and reservations are accepted and sold from May 1st to May 12th.
