Introducing this time is a product that "the concept of making a guidebook is applied to making cup soup as it is". It was developed by a female-centered team who actually visited Kyoto and conducted various tastings.

"Kuzushi tofu" is made by stirring the large tofu contained in the tofu with chopsticks. The thick Kyo-dashi soup, which is made by adding soy sauce to Japanese-style dashi, has a moderate accent of Shichimi procured from a long-established spice shop in Kyoto, and is said to have an elegant and profound taste.
