In such a Hikarie, the "Aomori Apple Marche" event will be held for 10 days from March 29th to April 7th!
"Aomori apple tasting dinner course" with apples
This event is held by the Aomori Prefecture Apple Countermeasures Council as part of Aomori apple consumption promotion activities. In addition to developing a special menu using Aomori apples at a restaurant in Shibuya Hikarie, it is said that a special event will be held on April 3 to sample Aomori apples.
There are two stores that use Aomori apples, "Sesto Senso Akka" and "Theater Table". At Sesto Senso Akka, the "Aomori Apple Tasting Dinner Course", which uses Aomori apples for all five courses, from appetizers to desserts, is now available. In addition to the main variety of Aomori apples, "Fuji", apples that are not usually available are also included in the menu.
Two desserts and one cocktail will be available at the "Theater Table". It is said that the menu is particular about "you can eat the whole skin (whole)" which is also a feature of Aomori apples.

At the event to be held on April 3, various charms of apples will be introduced in the event space "COURT" on the 8th floor. On the day of the event, materials related to apples will be exhibited and browsed, quizzes and games related to apples will be held, sampling of Aomori apples, and meal tickets for special menus using Aomori apples will be awarded. You can also enjoy tasting Aomori apples on the day of the event at "d47 Shokudo" on the same floor!
