Apple Chocolat Dyeing

In the search to create a new type of chocolate candy, the company came up with the "chocolate impregnation method," which "looks like fruit but tastes like chocolate. The chocolate impregnation method is a process of impregnating freeze-dried fruits with chocolate. Most confections made by the chocolate impregnation method use bananas or strawberries, but we chose apples from Aomori Prefecture to create a new confection unique to Kusefuku.

Two types of cuts, comb-shaped and fan-shaped, were adopted to allow the flavor of the apple to be felt as it is. When you try it, you will find that the chocolate is packed with more chocolate than you would expect from the appearance of the apple itself, and the texture is firm as well. The sweetness of the white chocolate is followed by the refreshing sweet and sour taste of the apple, making it a snack that you will want to eat slowly one by one with your coffee or tea.
