At the cooking restaurant "Muromachi Mitaniya", a new menu "One person cooking course" limited to "One person" will be offered from January 30th. The price is 6,000 yen (excluding tax).

This menu is limited to counter seats, and is a cooking course exclusively for "one person" customers who come to the store by themselves. The price is close to half the price of the regular course at the restaurant, but you can enjoy "real cooking" centered on fresh fish dishes. In addition, a special menu unique to one person will be prepared, making use of "rare parts" that cannot be offered to a large number of customers.

The course includes an appetizer (2 to 3 points), 3 sashimi, soaked, seasonal fish dishes, delicacies, hot pot (warm), sushi, scrolls, and sweets.
Cooking is of course "real" cooking
The store is located on the B1F of Hidenaga Nihonbashi Muromachi Building, 4-3-10 Nihonbashi Muromachi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo. Business hours are from 17:00 to 23:00 (last order 22:00).
