At each Ministop store, a new Chinese steamed bun product, "Shrimp Shiobuta Man," is on sale nationwide from December 12th. The price is 180 yen (tax included).

"Shrimp salt pork bun" with mellow salty taste

"Shrimp salt pork bun" is a Chinese bun that is made by wrapping a mixture of crispy shrimp and chewy pork with salt from Okinawa. You can enjoy the mellow salty taste with umami. In addition, the dough is said to have a chewy texture by performing the fermentation process twice.
