"Fet Estival", which means "summer festival" in French, is a sunflower-shaped entremets glasse decorated with ladybugs and bees that fly around happily. Vanilla ice cream with apricot compote, apricot sauce, and milk chocolate ice cream are placed on the tart dough, and mango ice cream is squeezed. The sale period is from June 24th to August 31st. The price is 4,500 yen (excluding tax, the same applies below).
"Balloon Dete" is the summer version of Glaciel's most popular entremets glasse. Franboise is combined with peach-flavored vanilla ice cream, and berry sauce and lychee-flavored ice cream, berries, lychee, and peach sorbet are placed on top. The sale period is from June 10th to August 31st. The price is 4,000 yen.
"Parfum Danfance" is an entremets glasse of cheesecake. Lemon-flavored vanilla ice cream with pineapple compote and lemon sauce is poured, and cream cheese and mascarpone ice cream are squeezed on top. The sale period is from June 24th to August 31st. The price is 3,600 yen.
