Juicy grapefruit and Amakusa salt cake
Cakes using salt "Amakusan Salt" from Amakusa, Kumamoto Prefecture are now available at each Cafe Comsa store. "'Amakusan Salt' and Grapefruit Cake" is on sale until mid-May (scheduled).
This is a cake that uses the "mineral-rich" salt "Amakusan Salt", which is made at a workshop in the Amakusa Islands, Kumamoto Prefecture, as a secret ingredient to enhance the sweetness of the cream. It is finished with a lot of juice from Florida grapefruit. You can also enjoy the taste of "Amakusan Salt" sprinkled at the end.
