A specialty store of "Noribento" that everyone loves opens in Ginza!

"Noribento" specialty store "Brush Joyu Noribento Mountain Climbing" will open on April 20th on the second basement floor of the commercial facility "GINZA SIX" to be born in Ginza, Tokyo.

The store specializes in seaweed valves that combine side dishes such as meat, seafood, and vegetables. The seaweed valve consists of rice made from Akitakomachi, dried bonito flakes, and seaweed soaked in soy sauce (one layer on which the side dish is placed).

Ariake seaweed from Saga prefecture is used for seaweed. "Ichiban picking" with soft leaves and "green laver" with green laver are used, so you can enjoy the rich flavor. By applying plenty of homemade soy sauce to this seaweed, the chopsticks are sharp enough to be cut with chopsticks.

"Nori Benkai" with a large salmon that is purchased directly from Tsukiji, "Nori Benyama" with teriyaki chicken that is soft and fluffy, and "Nori Benba" (1,080 each) that combines Renkon, Maitake mushrooms, and tofu hamburger. There are 3 types in the lineup (yen, tax included). In addition, "seasonal seaweed valve" using seasonal ingredients will be prepared.
