This is a Hinamatsuri parfait with a spring-like hue that combines cherry blossoms and moegi yellow. It contains refreshing cherry ice cream, salt ice cream, matcha brownie, soy milk mousse, sakura cream, and matcha warabimochi. It's a dish that makes you feel spring a little earlier.
