KISSHOKARYO is a store specializing in kinako sweets that uses home-roasted kinako. The KISSHOKA dormitory Roppongi Hills store was postponed due to the new Corona Wis, but it will open after the state of emergency is lifted.


The signature menu item, "Scorched Kinako Parfait," is a parfait made by layering large domestic soybeans roasted in-house with kinako, crispy meringue, and soy milk blancmange. A new type of sweet that transcends the boundaries of Japanese and Western sweets. The price is 1,200 yen (excluding tax, the same applies below).
