Moist matcha flavored Baumkuchen
Pasco will release a new product, "Domestic Wheat Matcha Baum," on December 28th. Sales areas are Kanto, Chubu, Kinki, Chugoku, and Shikoku. The price is open.
This product is Baumkuchen made from 100% domestic wheat "Yumechikara". Uji matcha is kneaded into the dough to give it a moist texture.
From Yumechi, "super strong wheat" that contains a lot of "gluten", which is a kind of protein made from wheat. It is said that it has the property of becoming a chewy and moist dough.
