This is a red bean that has been carefully simmered together with the skin, sprinkled with fragrant Uji matcha, sandwiched between matcha-flavored cookie dough, and baked moist. You can enjoy the sweet and bittersweet "Japanese" flavor that spreads the flavors of azuki beans and matcha.
