Yokohama Takashimaya's "Seafood Curry Doria"
The "Summer Curry Fair" is being held at Shiseido Parlor's Nihonbashi Takashimaya store, Yokohama Takashimaya store, Yokohama Sogo store, and Nagoya store until August 31st.
A lineup of discerning curries that combine carefully selected ingredients with an arrangement of "traditional curry sauce" for a limited time. There is one menu common to all four stores and an original menu for each store.
The details of the menu are as follows.

"Sangen pork stewed curry rice" 2,160 yen (tax included, same below)
Shiseido Parlor "Traditional Curry Sauce" with onion ashe (chopped), spices, garlic, and ginger roux added to create a deep flavor. Colorful vegetables are added to the soft Sangen pork that has been simmered for two and a half hours.
