New plant-based foods at IKEA stores nationwide, in line with sustainability campaigns under the themes of "healthier and more sustainable living" and "climate change initiatives" that began on September 3rd. A menu will appear.

What is a plant-based food?

A menu made with only plant-derived ingredients, without using any meat or eggs as raw materials. In addition to soybeans, nutritious beans and vegetables such as corn, green peas, onions, and kale are used abundantly. Compared to lean meat and pork, vegetable ingredients have a considerably lower CO2 emission / kg and are characterized by being able to reduce the burden on the environment.

・ Plant chocolate mousse
