4 kinds of "Chocolat Ete"
At the Chocolat Brand Ilsanje Tokyo Boutique, the summer-only "Chocolat Ete" has been on sale since June.
Il Saint-Jay is a long-established French chocolate brand. Chocolat's recipe is a biography of one child, and is made by himself by the fourth generation, Edouard Ilsanje, who has received the MOF, which is now a living national treasure of France.
The four types of chocolate are as follows.
"Quattro Summer Lime" is a four-layer chocolate with lime jelly, lime marzipan, part de frui, and ganache. You can enjoy the sour mariage of each layer.
"Lovely Rose" is a chocolate created as a homage to women. With rose petals, the fragrance spreads when you put it in your mouth.
"Tise's Rectangle" is a chocolate inspired by Italian cuisine. Ganache with basil is topped with moderately sour tomato compote.
"Mint ganache" is a chocolate made from freshly picked mint. Mintha is boiled in fresh cream and mixed with a unique chocolate to make ganache. It seems that a slight refreshing feeling spreads in your mouth.
The store is located at the left entrance on the 1st floor of Jingumae 426 Building, 4-26-5 Jingumae, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo. Reservations are required for visits.
