Summerbird Organic is a Danish chocolate brand born under the concept of "inspiration from nature". The brand name "Summer Bird" comes from the Danish translation of "butterfly" into English.

The founder is Michael Gronlucke, who is also a chocolatier. While traveling around the world, he focused on getting the "most delicious ingredients" from specialized farmers. It is said that this manufacturing process later became known as " Bean to Bar". Currently, the materials used are said to have received "100% organic certification" from the Danish government.

The sweets that represent the brand are "Cream Kiss" (600 yen plus tax). It is an arrangement of the traditional Danish confectionery "Fluboler", which was born over 200 years ago. Based on almond paste, a thin coating of marshmallow-like meringue cream with delicate chocolate. The moment you put it in your mouth, you will feel the crispy texture of chocolate, and immediately after that, you can enjoy the melting of the fluffy meringue cream. There are 3 flavors, "Classic", "Amber" and "White".

In addition, "100% organic" menus such as organic tea, coffee and chocolate drinks will be offered.
