Introducing three flavors that I liked, "Tarte Tatin," "Matcha Azuki," and "Tomato & Basil."

◆ Tarte Tatin

Image of baked confectionery "Tarte Tatin" using French apples. Tarte Tatin is often confused with apple pie, but it has a higher proportion of apple and is characterized by its juicy taste.


When you eat it, the crispy texture of the crushed biscuit dough is just like baked goods. A large apple pulp (dried fruit) is put inside, and when chewed, the sweetness of the apple spreads slowly. With the smooth sweetness of milk chocolate that gradually melts, you can enjoy a variety of flavors.


◆ Matcha Azuki

I think it's Japanese style, but it seems that this is also the image of the French dessert "Blancmange". It's a little difficult to understand, but it seems to be "Matcha Azuki-flavored Blancmange" -flavored chocolate.


The milky sweetness of white chocolate and the bittersweetness of matcha. It's a classic combination, but the "Koshian-flavored chocolate" inside is fresh. It melts gently on the tongue and spreads a deep sweetness.


The overall mellow milky may be like Blancmange.

◆ Tomato & basil

The image is the dessert "Verrine", which is a glass bowl with layers such as mousse. The upper row is tomato-flavored white chocolate, and the lower row is basil-flavored bitter chocolate. The scent of basil is refreshing.


Between the sweetness of white chocolate and the richness of bitter chocolate, you can feel the slight acidity of tomatoes. Not too sweet and has a refreshing aftertaste. It seems to be good not only as a snack but also as a snack such as wine.
