Dargona

Coffee Pudding Found at Seijo Ishii, I actually bought and tried the Dargona Coffee Pudding. The price is 229 yen (tax not included). It is made by Campagne.

The "Dalgona Coffee Pudding" is a sweet version of the Dalgona coffee from Korea. The base is made of milk pudding, and the top is covered with fluffy coffee cream and finished with cocoa powder.



First, take a bite of the top layer of coffee cream. It melts smoothly in the mouth, and the bitter flavor of coffee and mild sweetness spreads. The bitterness of the cocoa powder does a good job!


The bottom layer is a plump milk pudding. It is firm and sweet, leaving a sweet and rich aftertaste.


The sweetness of the milk pudding alone is noticeable, but when combined with the coffee cream, it creates just the right balance. The presence of cocoa powder gives it a taste reminiscent of Dargona coffee. The coffee cream's fluffy and thick texture may indeed be like that.


The Dargona Coffee Pudding has a slightly mature aftertaste. How about it for your tea time?
