Coffee jelly is made from carefully extracted coffee beans blended based on mocha. The coffee jelly has a mild sourness and a subtle bitterness, and is layered with a milky milk mousse.

The price is 237 yen (tax included). Available from April 14 (Fri.) through the end of the year.

Chai Pudding

For "tea drinkers", a smooth and gentle black tea pudding was developed using carefully selected tea leaves. The focus is on "chai," a milk tea that originated in India, in which spices are blended with black tea leaves, boiled in milk, and sugar added. We created a "chai pudding" with spices that will satisfy even chai lovers.

Tea leaves, cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves are used to make the pudding, which is layered with a milky milk mousse. One bite provides a sweet and spicy flavor that gently stimulates the taste buds.


The price is 302 yen (tax included). The product will be on sale from Friday, April 14 to Tuesday, October 31.

There are no stores in Hokkaido, Kyushu, Fukui, Kyoto, Shiga, Tottori, Shimane, Yamaguchi, Ehime, and Kochi prefectures that carry the fresh cake.
