ure Watermelon" I tried "Sakure Watermelon" (200 ml, 151 yen including tax), which was released exclusively by Lawson! This is a new product in Futaba's shaved ice "Sakure" series, which sells well at convenience stores and supermarkets in summer.


The shaved ice contains 3% watermelon juice and black mannan tapioca (not chocolate!), which resembles watermelon seeds, is mixed into the shaved ice. Each piece has 98 kcal.

One bite and you can already smell and taste the watermelon itself! The moment you bite into the flesh, the sweetness of the watermelon bursts forth as if the fresh, juicy juice is filling your mouth. It tastes so good! Especially great when it's hot and thirsty! It sinks in like a warm bath....


The elastic texture of the tapioca that rolls around in the shaved ice is a nice accent that creates a gap between the shaved ice and the crunchy, crispy shaved ice. The slightly sweet taste makes the shaved ice even more satisfying. I wish all real watermelon seeds were like this.


They taste like biting into a frozen watermelon without the unnatural sweetness. I would eat this ice cream again and again during the summer! I highly recommend it.
