A new menu item, "Tuna Tataki

Don

" will be added to Nakau's Kaisen Don series and will be available at 11:00 a.m. on December 22.

Tuna Tataki Don" is a bowl of rice topped with a bowl of seafood, in which tuna is

roughly

chopped to bring out its flavor and deliciousness. The firm texture of the tuna makes the dish very satisfying.


The rice is topped with chopped nori (seaweed) and a thinly-sliced egg made with Nakau's special eggs, and wasabi (Japanese horseradish) is used as a condiment.

The price is 690 yen for a medium portion (including tax), 650 yen for a small portion, and 1,180 yen for a special portion.

The "Tuna Yukke-don"

and "Tuna Yamakake-don

" bowls are also on sale at the same time, featuring a spicy yukke-style sauce with a punch of garlic and Nakau's signature egg, giving the dish a tangy yet mild flavor.


Prices are 800 yen for a medium portion, 760 yen for a small portion, and 1,290 yen for a special portion.

Also on sale at the same time is "Maguro Yamakake-don," a bowl of rice topped with tuna and yam that goes well with the tuna.
