Mai-izumi will introduce "Mini Ika Katsu Burger" which will be available nationwide for a limited time from October 5, 2022 to January 17, 2023 at all Mai-izumi directly-operated stores and major supermarkets nationwide. The retail price is 216 yen (tax included).

Mai-izumi Mini Squid Cutlet Burger

Mai-izumi, known for its tonkatsu (pork cutlet) and filet mignon sandwiches, also offers a series of "mini burgers" as small sandwiches that offer a variety of tastes. The Mini Ika Katsu Burger is one of them.

The cutlet is made with squid surimi and cubed squid, dipped in a Japanese-flavored sauce and topped with tartar sauce.

The mini burgers have been available with seafood such as shrimp katsu and fish katsu, which are popular as a perfect addition to the standard mini filet cutlet burger. The burgers are presented as useful for daily lunches, snacking when you are hungry, or as a gift for a loved one.
