Hotto Motto will hold a "Tsukimi (moon-viewing) Fair" featuring items with eggs that look like the moon. The "Tsukimi Yakitori Tsukune Stack," "Teritama Hamburger Bento," and "Tsukimi Maebo Nasu Bento" will be on sale from September 2.

Hotto Motto Tsukimi Fair

Since last year, Hotto Motto has been offering a seasonal "Tsukimi Fair" featuring products with eggs that look like the moon, in honor of the "Fifteen Nights of the Moon" on September 10. This year, Hotto Motto has added new items to the two popular items from last year to create a lineup of three different items.

Tsukimi Yakitori Tsukune Jyu

Tsukimi Yakitori Tsukune-jyu" is a dish in which young chicken thighs are grilled over a high-temperature charcoal fire to lock in the flavor of the yakitori, and the tsukune, which contains cartilage and has a crunchy texture, can be tasted at the same time. The sweetness of the soy sauce sauce is changed from east to west to suit regional tastes, and the seasoning is also carefully selected for better taste. The price is 590 yen (tax included).

Teritama hamburger steak bento

Tsukimi Mapo Nasu Bento

New this year, the "Tsukimi Ma-po Eggplant Bento" is an authentic Sichuan style Ma-po with spices such as chili pepper, numbing hot hwaseng pepper, and pepper. The eggplant is served separately to preserve its texture. The hot pepper sachet can be used to adjust the spiciness and numbness to your liking, and the combination of hot eggplant and hot eggplant gives the authentic Szechuan mapo a mellow taste.
