Saki Yoken Fuku Fuku Fuku Shiu Mai

This Japanese-style shioumai is considered to add color to festive occasions and autumnal dining tables. The Japanese flavor is created by using "Kenjidori" brand chicken produced in contract farms in Yamanashi, Nagano, and Shizuoka prefectures to "torikomi" (bring happiness) in the red bean paste, as well as soup stock made from bonito flakes and seafood, which are good luck charms, kombu extract, and soy sauce.

The lotus root added as an accent to the texture is meant to bring good luck. The shioumai skin is finished in a gorgeous yellow color, making it perfect for celebratory occasions.

Each serving contains 40 kcal, 2.9g (0.32oz) protein, 1.4g (0.14oz) fat, 3.9g (0.32oz) carbohydrate, and 0.2g (0.07oz) salt equivalent, and is consumed within 16 hours of manufacture.
