Saki Yoken is offering a limited-time menu item called "Fuku Fuku Shiomai". The dish has a Japanese-style flavor with a bean paste made from "Kenjidori" brand chicken produced in contract farms in Yamanashi, Nagano, and Shizuoka prefectures to "torikomi" (bring happiness), a soup stock made from dried bonito flakes and seafood, kelp extract, and soy sauce, all of which are good luck charms.
