MUJI will launch a new "uneven baum" product, "uneven fermented butter baum". Also, "Unmatched Marron Baum" and "Unmatched Pumpkin Baum" will be available as seasonal baum products.
Uneven Fermented Butter Baum
Baked with New Zealand fermented butter, which has a deep, rich and savory flavor, the baum has a moist texture and rich flavor. New Zealand dairy products are characterized by their strong flavor. The use of fermented butter made from that cream gives the baumkuchen a rich flavor.
Fermented butter is made from cream that has been slowly fermented by adding lactic acid bacteria. This process gives it a richer, more distinctive flavor than regular butter.
The product will go on sale on August 24. Price: 150 yen (tax included).

The seasonal products "Unmatched Marron Baum" and "Unmatched Pumpkin Baum" will both go on sale on August 17. Each product offers the flavor of chestnuts and the simple sweetness of pumpkin. Each is priced at 150 yen (tax included).
