I tried Family Mart's new sweet "Cremedange". This dish features soft and rich cream cheese and sweet and sour raspberries. The selling price is 270 yen (tax included).

Cremedange

A rare cheese cake with a light and fluffy texture made of cream cheese and meringue. It contains raspberry sauce with a refreshing sour taste. The calorie count is 188 kcal.


Raspberries are sprinkled on top of a generous dome of cheese cream, which is followed by a layer of raspberries and a layer of sponge.


When you scoop it up with a spoon, it is smooth, light and soft in the mouth at first. The richness and flavor of the cheese spreads slowly afterwards, creating a unique eating experience.


Dig deeper and you will find a rich red fruit sauce and juicy sponge. The fruit sauce is sweet and sour with a rich berry aroma that complements the cream well. It goes well with strong, bitter coffee or refreshing teas such as Earl Grey.
