s STAND "FUJIYA CAKE's STAND" is a frozen sweets vending machine that will be installed outside some of the Fujiya confectionery stores and Fujiya restaurants, allowing customers to easily purchase Fujiya sweets 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.


All cakes are made with semifreddo cream (cream that can be enjoyed as an iced cake when semi-thawed and as a chilled cake at refrigerated temperatures), which provides a smooth and rich flavor even when semi-thawed. The product lineup includes the following 10 types

Shortcake" set of two

Shortcakes sandwiched between syrup-soaked strawberries and smooth chanterelle cream. Priced at 500 yen (tax included, same as below).

Amaou Strawberry Cake" set of two

Cake sandwiched between sweet and sour Amao strawberry sauce and Amao strawberry cream. The price is 500 yen.

High Cacao Chocolate Cake" set of two

Richly flavored chocolate cake with high cacao chocolate cream and chocolate ganache sandwiched between two cakes. Price: 500 yen.

White Chocolate Cake" set of 2

White chocolate cream and chocolate ganache sandwiched between cocoa sponge. The price is 500 yen.

Mille Crepe" set of two

Mille Crepe with 8 layers of crepe dough and smooth milky cream. Price: 500 yen.

Marron Mont Blanc" set of 2

Fluffy sponge topped with rich marron cream. Price: 500 yen.

Sweets Bottle (Shortcake)

Cake in a bottle with strawberries in syrup, strawberry sauce, smooth chanterelle cream, and sponge. The price is 600 yen.

Bottled cake with layers of rich high cocoa chocolate cream, chocolate ganache, chocolate sauce, and cocoa sponge. Price: 600 yen.

Bottled cake with layers of flavorful marron cream, light custard cream and sponge. The price is 600 yen.

The size of the Sweets Bottle is approximately 65 mm in diameter x 95 mm in height.
* A spoon is included with each of the Sweets Bottles. Other products do not come with forks or spoons.
Marron Mont Blanc" and "Mille Crepe" are products developed for frozen sales, and therefore differ from the products sold at Fujiya confectionery stores in terms of formulation, cream quality, etc.
