"Cheesecake ~ Cremedange ~" is on sale from July 19th at each FamilyMart store. The price is 258 yen (tax included).

This is a cheesecake made by combining two types of cheese with meringue. A small dropper is stuck in it, and you press it to soak in the raspberry sauce inside and taste it.


I don't see many convenience stores with a dropper stuck in them. When I bought it because it was unusual, I noticed two things, so let me know!

1, do not pull out the dropper

As it is written on the package, the correct answer is to squeeze out the contents as it is stabbed without removing the dropper. If you try to pull it out, the cream will stick to your hands.


However, the dropper is buried quite deeply, and because it is a small and slightly slippery material, there is a high possibility that your hands will get dirty when you press it anyway. It is better to have a hand wipe ready.

2, deliciousness is 3 stages

It may take some time with the dropper, but once the sauce is out, it's this one. All you have to do is taste it with a spoon.


You can enjoy the change of taste in 3 times of this dessert.

First, the fluffy rare cheese part. Although it has a light taste, it is so thick that it does not fall even if the spoon is turned upside down, and you can feel the richness of the cheese firmly.


Next, scoop it with the sponge on the bottom and taste it as a cheesecake. The fluffy sweetness of the sponge neutralizes the strength of the cheese and the guilt of "only eating cheese." The texture of the fluffy sponge and the thick cheese overlap, and the mouthfeel is luxurious.
